Yotam Ottolenghi's recipe for lemon and sage roasted almonds

Preheat oven to 130C. Reduce lemon juice in a saucepan. Melt butter, strain into lemon syrup. Add almonds, lemon, herbs, salt, spread on tray. Roast for 18-20 mins.
