President-elect Donald Trump nominated retired General Keith Kellogg to serve as Assistant to the President and Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia. Kellogg had served in sensitive national security roles in Trump's first administration and co-authored a policy paper on ending the war in Ukraine.
