A St. Louis Park driver, Jeremy Sherman, was charged with criminal vehicular homicide and operation under alcohol influence for a crash that killed one pedestrian and injured another. Witnesses reported no attempt to brake before hitting the victims. Sherman refused a breath test but was arrested for further investigation.
