Reading FC takeover being brought to High Court to try and force Dai Yongge sale

US investor Rob Couhig is taking legal action against Reading FC owner Dai Yongge to push through a previously agreed £30m takeover. Despite being close to completion, the deal fell through unexpectedly, leaving Couhig baffled and determined to force the sale through the High Court.
