FA pledges to increase diversity of England men's coaching staff by 2028

The Football Association (FA) aims for 30% of England men's national team coaching staff to be from diverse backgrounds by 2028 to combat discrimination and boost inclusion. The FA launched its 2024-2028 equality strategy to address discrimination in football at all levels.
