Disney to merge Hulu + Live TV with Fubo, ending Venu Sports lawsuit

Disney's Hulu + Live TV and sports streaming service Fubo have settled their legal dispute over Venu Sports and formed a partnership. Fubo will receive $220 million from Disney, Fox, and Warner Bros. Discovery.
