A Red Lake Department of Public Safety officer, Jesse Branch, and Alan Lussier Jr. were killed in a crash in northern Minnesota. The Red Lake Tribal Council ordered flags to be flown at half-staff to honor the deceased. Minnesota State Patrol and FBI are investigating the crash.
