A 17-year-old boy was fatally stabbed in an East Harlem restaurant after a fight with a 62-year-old man. The victim, Carlos Rivas, died at Harlem Hospital. The suspect, Saul Sanchez, has been charged with murder. The incident was caught on surveillance video.
