U.S. proposes a $7.54 billion loan to Stellantis and Samsung SDI battery joint venture
The US Energy Department plans to loan up to $7.54 billion for Stellantis and Samsung SDI joint venture to build two electric vehicle battery plants in Indiana, capable of producing batteries for 670,000 vehicles annually.
