Two police officers served misconduct notices after death of girl, 17, on M5
Tamzin Hall died after fleeing police car on M5 in Somerset and being hit by a vehicle. Two officers received misconduct notices. IOPC is investigating the incident to determine the circumstances leading to her death and offer support to Hall's family.
