Tight race for the North Carolina Supreme Court is heading to another recount
A tight election for a North Carolina Supreme Court seat is heading to a hand recount after a machine recount of over 5.5 million ballots showed no change in the margin between Democratic Justice Allison Riggs and Republican challenger Jefferson Griffin.
