Jordan Neely's father, Andre Zachary, has filed a lawsuit against Daniel Penny, the Marine veteran charged with manslaughter in Neely's death. The suit alleges negligence, assault, and battery, as Neely died after being put in a chokehold by Penny on a NYC subway.
