ISIS-inspired terrorist Shamsud-Din Jabbar planned to detonate two homemade bombs on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. The explosives contained a rare compound never used in US or Europe. Jabbar was killed by police before he could detonate the bombs, with investigations ongoing to determine his motives.
