Man fatally shot by NYPD officer in 2014 honored at celebration of life in Brooklyn
A celebration honored Akai Gurley, killed by a NYC police officer in 2014. Officer Liang's accidental shot led to Gurley's death. Liang was convicted but later had his sentence reduced.
