Indiana man finds two missing babies in ditch outside his home in 27F weather
Two baby girls, aged four and five months, were found safe after being abandoned in a ditch following a car theft. A man discovered them while collecting a package in Indianapolis. Police are investigating the incident but have not yet apprehended a suspect.
