GM adds 132,000+ pickup trucks to recall for tailgates that can open unexpectedly
General Motors is expanding a recall for over 132,000 heavy-duty pickups due to tailgate release switches short circuiting, causing gates to open. The affected trucks are certain 2024 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra models with manual gate and power lock and release.
