Cooler air will clear the fog in Minneapolis on Tuesday with a chance of light snow, mainly north of Interstate 94. Temperatures will be around 33 degrees with lower 20s for New Year's Eve. Brighter skies expected by Thursday and Friday, with colder temperatures.
