Family of woman who died from injuries suffered in hit-and-run crash call for justice, "Somebody's gotta pay for this"

The family of Nikki Rash, who died from injuries sustained in a hit-and-run crash in Long Beach, is seeking justice. The driver of a tan Toyota Avalon ran a red light, collided with Rash's vehicle, and fled the scene.
