Environmental Defenders Office to pay $9m in costs to Santos over failed challenge to Barossa gas project
The Environmental Defenders Office has been ordered to pay $9m to Santos after a failed legal challenge to the Barossa gas project. The court found adverse findings against the EDO and its consultants. Santos did not seek costs from the traditional owners involved.
