Aster Is Said to Near Deal With Blackstone-Backed Quality Care
Aster DM Healthcare Ltd. is close to merging with Quality Care India Ltd., forming one of India's largest hospital chains. The deal is expected to be announced soon, with Aster shareholders owning 57% and Quality Care investors holding 43% of the combined entity.
