AdventHealth's West Florida division has acquired ShorePoint Health hospitals in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda for $265 million. The sale is expected to close by the first quarter of 2025 pending regulatory approvals. AdventHealth aims to bring comprehensive care to Southwest Florida communities.
